Terms and Conditions: 

1. Subscription Duration:

• BASIC 6: This subscription grants the subscriber access to one of Transcend Sound Healing’s public sound baths each month for a period of six months from the date of purchase.
• UNLIMITED: This subscription grants the subscriber unlimited access to Transcend Sound Healing’s public sound baths for a period of six months from the date of purchase.

2. Reservation Confirmation:

• The subscriber must confirm their attendance for each sound bath session they plan to attend at least two weeks prior to the scheduled session date.
• A reminder email will be sent to the subscriber two weeks prior to each session date to facilitate confirmation.
• Failure to confirm attendance may result in the loss of the subscriber’s spot if the session reaches full capacity.

3. Guarantee of Availability:

• Transcend Sound Healing is committed to offering a minimum of two public sound bath sessions each month.
• In the event that Transcend Sound Healing fails to provide the agreed-upon minimum number of public sessions in any given month, the subscriber will be entitled to compensation as outlined in these terms.

4. Benefits:

• The UNLIMITED subscription includes guaranteed access to all public sound baths hosted by Transcend Sound Healing.
• The BASIC 6 subscription includes guaranteed access one public sound bath a month hosted by Transcend Sound Healing.
• The subscriber’s spot at a confirmed session is reserved in advance.
• The subscriber is entitled to a 10% discount on sound baths for any guests they invite to attend sessions.
• Additionally, the subscriber receives a 10% discount on private sessions and workshops offered by Transcend Sound Healing.
• The subscriber will receive event reminder emails to facilitate attendance confirmation and planning.

5. Compensation for Unfulfilled Sessions:

• If Transcend Sound Healing fails to provide the minimum number of public sound bath sessions as specified in these terms, the subscriber will be compensated accordingly.
• Compensation may include an extension of the subscription period or a partial refund, as determined by Transcend Sound Healing.

6. General Terms:

• This subscription is non-transferable and non-refundable, except as provided for in these terms.
• Transcend Sound Healing reserves the right to make changes to the schedule of public sound bath sessions, provided that reasonable notice is given to subscribers.
• These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Transcend Sound Healing.

7. Agreement:

• By purchasing a subscription, the subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
