What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a form of therapy that uses different sounds from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other instruments to produce harmonic frequencies that help relax and rebalance your body. This therapy works on the principle that every cell, tissue, and organ in our body has a unique vibrational frequency, and when we are sick or stressed, these frequencies become distorted.

By listening to or creating specific sound vibrations, sound healers can reset and align these frequencies, allowing your body to return to its natural state of health and balance.
